You don't need to be a F-16 pilot in order to fly it, even a non experienced person can fly it. Its operation is not as hard as the other advanced airplanes in the market but yet it performs much better then all the other airplanes in that price range.
It comes with all you need to operate it, almost ready to fly out of the box. It just takes five minutes to connect the wings to the body and it's ready to fly.
