Q: What is the minimum order on you web site?
A: Minimum order on our web site is $750 per combined order. Each product has a minimum quantity requirement of at least one case of each item. The case quantity varies from item to item but it is mentioned next to the item price. We can only ship full cases so if the minimum quantity for a specific product is 12 pcs, then you may buy either 12 pcs or 24 pcs or 36 pcs, etc. but not 13 pcs or 15 pcs.
Q: Can I purchase one sample to test it first?
A: We are a wholesale website so we only sell in wholesale quantities and wholesale prices. If you want to buy one piece you may buy it from a retail web site such as www.agehobby.com.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Our main location is in Shantou, China. Most orders will be shipped from China to you directly; however we use fulfillment companies to handle our shipping in USA so we will ship either from USA or from China depends on your location.
Q: How do you ship? Which companies do you use for shipping my order?
A: We ship all orders with either EMS Express or DHL Express so you get your order FAST. For USA customers we may ship by UPS ground from our fulfillment location. The order will be delivered to your door by the shipping carrier.
Q: How long shipping takes?
A: Shipping takes 2-5 business days to most locations.
Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Yes, we will send you a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Q: How long does it take you to process the order?
A: If we have the items in stock we can ship it within 24 hours. If we don’t have it in stock we will ship it within 1-5 days. We will inform you on the shipping date once you place an order.
Q: Do I need to pay any import taxes?
A: USA customers don’t need to pay any import taxes. International customers might need to pay some import duties but in many cases our customers told us that they didn’t have to pay anything. It is wise to double check with your country’s regulations first. We will not be responsible for any duties that your country may charge.
Q: I’m an International customer and would like you to write a specific goods description and a specific total value for the shipment, is it possible?
A: You may contact us prior to shipping your order with any such request to put on the shipping bill.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All sales are final and we do not accept returns.
Q: What happened if some of the products were damaged during shipping?
A: Once you receive your order you must inspect it to make sure it was not damaged during transportation. If you received an order that was damaged during shipping you must notify the delivery person and make him sign on a special form that they carry. You also must take a photo of the damaged boxes and send to us. Once we receive all the information from you we will file a claim with the shipping company and will compensate you accordingly.
Q: What happened if some of the products are DOA? (Defective on arrival)
A: If you receive a shipment that some of the products are factory defectives, meaning that they are defective out of the box, you may return it to us for exchange. We will only exchange unused defectives that were not damaged by improper usage. Shipping charge is not refundable.
Q: What if I place an order but then change my mind; can I cancel it and get my money back?
A: We can cancel your order and issue you a refund as long as your order was not shipped yet.
Q: Do you sell spare parts for the products?
A: We sell spare parts for the products and you can find it in the “Parts” section on our web site. If you don’t find the parts that you need, you may contact us and let us know which parts you are looking for and we will do our best to get them to you.
